The breakfast was quite successful apart from Stefan's attempt to make coffee in a new, exciting (but totally unsuccessful way)
OK, enough is enough. Now for some SKI PICTURES! Well, actually, we spent most of the time skiing and not really taking pictures so there are only a few.
Here's a view of our village from the lift:
Wooooo isnt that great! I bet you all wish you were here!
Look, that is 45 degrees! And this isn't even the wall. Hey, Henrik
you're supposed to be going DOWN the hill.
It might look like they all fell, but they are lying around in the
sun bumming around. Everything is perfectly under control.
Lasagne with Lysiane from Lausanne. Sophia met up with her friend Lysiane
who is lucky enough to LIVE in the area!
uh.... we can't think of anything silly to write for this picture.
Actually, that was quite silly wasn't it?
Now let's get to the formalities. Vurpmeister* of the day is.... drumroll...
Karin! She had an extravagant snowball imitation stunt witnessed by Sophia,
who admits that she fell more frequently, but not as elegantly.
* Vurpmeister, a term invented by Skigang® in Austria.
Challenge du Jour

By the way....
Here's a little song we wrote... yo might wanna sing it note for note.
So don't worry, be happy.
No no, wait, that wasn't it. Here it is:
Melody: Every breath you take (Police)
Every pist you take
Every turn you fake
Every vurp you make, every bone you break
I'll be watching you
(chorus, everybody together now...)
Oh can't you skiiiiii
Stay away from meeeee
I'll laugh at your caaaall
As you soar off the waaaall
We found a great afterski place called Craperia or Creperia or something like that. They spell everything wrong in this country.
Here's the gang gathered around the dinner table
... and this is the delicious sauce that we ate.
Challenge du Jour #2
If you look carefully in the picture above you can Y's hand taking the last piece of bread. Who is this mysterious Y? Hint: not the same as Mr X in Badhofgastein. Email your suggestion to avoriazATkniberg.com and win a... uh... a free ride on the lift "Dromont", more free toothpicks, and more fame and honour on this website.* * some restrictions may apply, the prize can only be collected if you purchase a 12 month skipass, applicable in the entire Alp region + Kathamandu. We take no responsibility whatsoever for anything. Taxes still suck. |
And here we have.... l' homme Ipren (you probably have to be Swedish to get that one).
And finally, just before going to sleep, we took this photo of aliens landing outside our apartment, coming to the beck and call of l' homme Ipren.
